Service Description
The Full Detail is our most complete and premium service, combining both our Exterior Detail and Interior Premier into one package. This service is designed to fully restore, protect, and refresh your vehicle inside and out. We start with a professional exterior hand wash, wheel and tire cleaning, bug and tar removal, and paint decontamination to remove dirt and bonded contaminants. A light polish is applied to enhance gloss, followed by a protective wax or sealant to lock in shine and protect your paint from the elements. Inside, your vehicle receives a deep interior cleaning including full vacuuming, detailed wipe-down of all surfaces, vents, and crevices, and deep cleaning of carpets, seats, and floor mats. Leather is cleaned and conditioned, fabrics are refreshed, and all interior glass is polished for a streak-free finish. This package leaves your vehicle looking, feeling, and smelling like new the perfect choice for anyone who wants a brand-new feel to their car.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy This Auto Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is between the undersigned customer (“Client” or “You”) and M & M Detailing STL (“Contractor”, “We”, or “Us”), effective as of the date last signed below (“Effective Date”). The parties agree as follows: 1. DEFINITIONS: "Services": Auto detailing and related services provided by M & M Detailing STL. "Client": The individual or entity receiving the services. "Contractor": M & M Detailing STL. 2. VEHICLE ACCESS AND OPERATION: Client provides access to the vehicle during agreed hours. Client ensures keys are available. Client authorizes operation and movement of the vehicle as necessary. 3. SERVICE QUALITY AND INSPECTION: M & M Detailing STL aims for high-quality service within resource constraints. A joint final inspection will be conducted upon completion. Concerns must be communicated within 24 hours. M & M Detailing STL is not liable for concerns raised later or if Client does not participate in the inspection. 4. ACCIDENTS AND PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS: Pre-existing damage will be documented with photos or written documentation and shared with Client. M & M Detailing STL is not liable for pre-existing conditions (e.g., hail damage, rock chips). Any damage due to M & M Detailing STL’s actions will be reported to Client. 5. FEES, SERVICE TERMS, AND PAYMENT: The fee is as indicated in the “Total Cost" section of your order. Estimated service times may vary. Payment is due upon service completion via Cash, Check or Venmo. Disputes must be addressed directly with M & M Detailing STL. 6. FEEDBACK AND PHOTOGRAPHIC USAGE: M & M Detailing STL may use pictures of the vehicle for marketing unless Client objects in writing. 7. TERMINATION AND RESCHEDULING: M & M Detailing STL reserves the right to terminate services at its discretion. Neither party is liable for delays due to causes beyond control (e.g., weather). M & M Detailing STL can leave a job due to unsafe conditions without penalty. 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: M & M Detailing STL does not guarantee specific outcomes; all services are “as is,” without warranties. All sales are final. M & M Detailing STL's liability is limited to the total amount paid by Client for the service. Client agrees to indemnify and hold M & M Detailing STL harmless from claims arising from Client's breach of the agreement. 9. GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement is governed by Massachusett state law.
