Service Description
Interior Premier is a deep interior service which will completely refresh and restore the inside of your car or truck. We use professional tools and products to clean every surface with precision and care. This service includes thorough vacuuming of carpets, seats, and floor mats, along with detailed cleaning of all hard surfaces such as the dashboard, center console, door panels, cupholders, and vents. All interior surfaces are wiped, scrubbed, and sanitized to remove dust, spills, oils, and buildup. Upholstery and fabric seats are deep cleaned to remove stains and odors, while leather surfaces are gently cleaned and conditioned to keep them soft and protected. Interior windows and mirrors are polished for a streak-free finish, leaving your car looking, smelling, and feeling like new. Your vehicle will be left clean, fresh, and comfortable - perfect for daily driving or special occasions. We always include special requests...we know life can happen!
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy This Auto Services Agreement (“Agreement”) is between the undersigned customer (“Client” or “You”) and M & M Detailing STL (“Contractor”, “We”, or “Us”), effective as of the date last signed below (“Effective Date”). The parties agree as follows: 1. DEFINITIONS: "Services": Auto detailing and related services provided by M & M Detailing STL. "Client": The individual or entity receiving the services. "Contractor": M & M Detailing STL. 2. VEHICLE ACCESS AND OPERATION: Client provides access to the vehicle during agreed hours. Client ensures keys are available. Client authorizes operation and movement of the vehicle as necessary. 3. SERVICE QUALITY AND INSPECTION: M & M Detailing STL aims for high-quality service within resource constraints. A joint final inspection will be conducted upon completion. Concerns must be communicated within 24 hours. M & M Detailing STL is not liable for concerns raised later or if Client does not participate in the inspection. 4. ACCIDENTS AND PRE-EXISTING CONDITIONS: Pre-existing damage will be documented with photos or written documentation and shared with Client. M & M Detailing STL is not liable for pre-existing conditions (e.g., hail damage, rock chips). Any damage due to M & M Detailing STL’s actions will be reported to Client. 5. FEES, SERVICE TERMS, AND PAYMENT: The fee is as indicated in the “Total Cost" section of your order. Estimated service times may vary. Payment is due upon service completion via Cash, Check or Venmo. Disputes must be addressed directly with M & M Detailing STL. 6. FEEDBACK AND PHOTOGRAPHIC USAGE: M & M Detailing STL may use pictures of the vehicle for marketing unless Client objects in writing. 7. TERMINATION AND RESCHEDULING: M & M Detailing STL reserves the right to terminate services at its discretion. Neither party is liable for delays due to causes beyond control (e.g., weather). M & M Detailing STL can leave a job due to unsafe conditions without penalty. 8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: M & M Detailing STL does not guarantee specific outcomes; all services are “as is,” without warranties. All sales are final. M & M Detailing STL's liability is limited to the total amount paid by Client for the service. Client agrees to indemnify and hold M & M Detailing STL harmless from claims arising from Client's breach of the agreement. 9. GOVERNING LAW: This Agreement is governed by Massachusett state law.
